The program is designed as a One day Corporate workshop and is aimed to provide practice oriented training to Young entrepreneurs, Business aspirants , Young leaders and Start up managers on various aspects of operating and managing the business with an objective of attaining desired Corporate goals. The session will be organised on need basis and at mutually convenient time slots. It can be booked for the management team of a Company or for a group of like minded people from various corporates. The session will provide an insight to the participants into many practical aspects of Corporate and business environment, which includes but not limited to 1. Right business vehicle for your business 2. Roles, duties and responsibilities of Directors and Key Managerial Personnel 3. Conducting of Board meetings and its relevance 4. Basic financial knowledge and skills which needs to be possessed by an entrepreneur 5. Human resource functionalities and compliances 6. How to take your business to next level through proper corporate structuring. 7. Valuation and its importance in growth of your business The sessions will be practice oriented and designed to ensure 100% participation and involvement of candidates. Mr. Bijoy P Pulipra, FCS,IP, RV is an ICSA(Hongkong) accredited Corporate trainer will lead the session and share his knowledge and experience with the participants.
